1 sweet potato
1/2 Cup rolled oats
1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
1/2 Cup oat milk
1 Teaspoon baking powder
1 Teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon cooking spray
2 Cup blueberries
1 Cup raspberries
Directions
Place your flaxseeds and hot water in a bowl. Give it a mix with a spoon, set aside for 5 minutes, and allow mix to thicken.
Poke holes all around the sweet potato using a fork. Make about 8 indentations.
