  • 2 Tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 6 Tablespoon water
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1/2 Cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 Cup oat milk
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon cooking spray
  • 2 Cup blueberries
  • 1 Cup raspberries
Directions
  • Place your flaxseeds and hot water in a bowl. Give it a mix with a spoon, set aside for 5 minutes, and allow mix to thicken.
  • Poke holes all around the sweet potato using a fork. Make about 8 indentations.
