  • 1 1/2 Cup raw cashews
  • 5 pitted dates
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 Cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 Cup blueberries
Directions
  • Place 4 cups of water in a pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and place the cashews and dates inside the pan. Let soak for 30 minutes.
