Ingredients
  • 1/2 Pound pork spare ribs
  • 2 Cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. / 150 degrees C.
  • Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste and garlic powder to a baking dish. Mix together until well combined. Add the ribs on top and rub the marinade all over them. Bake the ribs for 2 hours.
