  • 2 Tablespoon vegan butter
  • 1 Cup basmati rice
  • 1/2 Cup green lentils
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 Teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 Cup cilantro
  • 5 Cup water
  • 2 Cup romaine lettuce
  • 2 Tablespoon hummus
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 4 Cup broccoli
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
Directions
  • Add half of the butter to a non stick pot and melt. Reserve the additional half of butter for later.
  • Add the rice, lentils, salt, pepper, cumin, turmeric, curry powder, onion, and garlic.
