Ingredients
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Cup orzo
  • 2 Cup low sodium vegetable broth
  • 1/4 Teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 Cup feta cheese
  • 4 Cup broccoli
  • 3 Cup water
Directions
  • Add chicken thighs to a bowl and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until combined.
  • Grease a pan with oil and add the chicken. Cook for 5 minutes per side on high heat, then cover, turn off the heat, and let it sit covered in the pan for 10 minutes.
