  • 8 Ounce chicken breast filet
  • 1/2 onion
  • 4 Teaspoon parsley
  • 2 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 Cup long grain white rice
  • 2 Cup water
Directions
  • To make apple patties: Peel the apple, cut in chunks, and remove the core. Steam for about 10 minutes or until soft. Set aside.
